Sounds like a good deal on the lights, and they look good too. On the heat shields, remove the one on the left for summertime riding and it will help keep your rear cylinder much cooler. The right one scoops air in and with the left one gone it makes the heat come right out while cruising. Made a big difference on my Ultra.
