Wow I really like his style! I remember him in one of the videos and thinking "is this the guy with that small dog on the sofa". Really glad it was him because I also love his other house!
I loved his first home and now love this on. I hope he restores all of Malta's historic buildings and saves many many more treasures. And YES to getting some decor 'roadkill' - it's my fave hobby!
Finally a place I could explore and thrive within. So many of the houses are so stiff and unrealistic. This is fun and comfortable. My knees hate the stairs but gosh this is so lovely and welcoming. Thank you so much for sharing this viewing.
I love Thomas' 1800 house. It is very well preserved. I fell in love with the black mirror on the dresser. You can see it's an antique. I love the peacock headboard. The mirror that is paired with the little table is too cute- he's correct- it looks like a peacock's tail. He is right in that older furniture definitely tells a story. I truly enjoyed this video. Thank you Thomas for sharing your beautiful home with us.
I love the way he talks..such a story teller..his previous house was a treat and with this one he has knocked it out of the park. 'Not a designer' he says but his homes are such gems in the world of interior decor..Everhouse, you took three months to upload a new video but Thomas' house tour more than made up for the gap. Cant wait to see part 2
What a wonderful home! I love watching people who curate their spaces in this natural kind of way and don’t try to follow all the strict design rules about colour coordination etc. Very inspiring
Sunday morning in Australia and Everhouse drops in. Love, love, love. ❤ I just wish they were longer. Those Maltese houses full of curiosities are amazing. I replay the videos over and over to absorb all the details. Thank you!! (Would love to see the other half of the house too).
Beautiful home. Pablo on that chair, in that light is the real moment. Would love to see Pablo recreated as the girl with a pearl earring in a photographic portrait.
THIS! Is my new favorite home on the Internet! I love all the reclaimed pieces that make this space OOAK, and each piece does tell a story. The way the pieces interact with each other - 💋! It’s unexpected & delightful at every angle. Is there a video showing the other side? I’d love to see it.
I love the glass light shades - a wonderful collection he has. And I'm sure some of us have a warm smile for some of the '70s items we recognise; the glass fish and those chairs for a start.
I love your home with so much colour and shape. The lamps are wonderful and clever. Your dog loved being petted, he positively purred. How I wish that when I was in Valletta I could have seen these wonderful house frontages, instead we were not in the correct area. Too many tourists (yes I know I was one) but dreadful food, and even bananas in Nutella for breakfast. So awful. Turns out we had landed in a tourist hotel catering for British tastes. Our room though was wonderful and we had a balcony on the turret!
Julie you must return! Unfortunately it's easy to get caught up in tourist traps here. Avoiding those and seeing the real, beautiful Malta is so rewarding. Get in touch if you do.
@@tcamilleri We did make a trip to Gozo and stayed there for a few days, looking at my partner’s grandmother’s house which she ran as a Bakery. We also visited an uncle who lived in a lovely old tiled house, and sat in the garden under the apricot trees and grape vines - so all was not lost.

@@tcamilleri With your eye and passion, are you ever tempted to create a business with all your incredible discoveries, or maybe even as a retirement hobby one day?
