    I've never even heard of J.I.D but I am a damn FAN now! Is it just me, or does he put anyone in the mind of Andre 3000? His vibe and the smart wordplay are amazing. I was digging the vibes from the first notes to the last note.

      His flow and style has elements of the greats from biggies silky flow where bars and cadences roll into each other and a little bit of big L and pharaoh Monch, but to me his delivery and voice are so unique it all sounds fresh.

    When he messes up a little she he sings I actually like it more than the mixed album version. Add so much character to the track. It’s not like he was an awful singer lol. I dig this a lot. He is a super talented dude and I knew that BUT this just made it even more solidified for me. Dude is 🔥

    JID in the past 4 years went from a rapper I liked, to one of my favorite rappers, to one of my favorite artist of all time. And he’s just starting. Salty as fuck that I missed him in Philly, just a 20 minute walk from me. But I’ll catch him live. Salute to all the true and pure artists out there.

    Saw him live in a club in Hamburg, Germany about two weeks ago. Great act and live performer, sweat was dripping from the ceiling and he stayed around for a good 20 minutes after the show to sign stuff for the people in the front. Can't wait 'til he comes around again, JID is great.

    You must listen to Anderson .Paak's Tiny Desk Concert. It's only four songs, 15 minutes. The last song 'Suede' is unbelievable. This concert has the most views (92 million) in the series.
