Cocoa Brownies
3 eggs
1 cup (200g) sugar
1/2 tsp (2g) salt
3/4 cup (170g) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
3/4 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour
Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
7 oz (200g) semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup (120g) whipping cream
9 oz (250g) cream cheese , room temperature
1/3 cup (40g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup (300g) whipping cream (35% fat) , chilled
For Decoration, optional
3.5 oz (100g) semisweet chocolate
3.5 oz (100g) whipping cream
fresh blueberries
edible gold powder

Ella I only have one springform tin, if you put all the batter in one pan and cut it afterwards, how long should I put it my oven to get a moist but fully baked cake? Since it’ll be thicker than the 3 separate layers…
This batter has the consistency of brownies. I haven't tried cutting it into layers, it might break. But might work as well. I would check the cake after the first 20 minutes of baking and do the toothpick test. If it is not fully baked I would continue baking for another few minutes, checking it after another 3-5 minutes.

Hello ☺Many of my cakes, even this one, can freeze really well and save for later. I always do this with most of my cakes😃 and take them later to various family or friend gatherings. As far as I know, you can freeze a cake for even up to 3 or 4 months. I sometimes cut it into slices before placing it in the freezer. In this case, I can thaw just a few slices at a time, for lunch or dinner 😉.

Probably because you have to layer it, so they don't need to rise that much. I think..
In the description it says „Cocoa Brownie Cake Layers“, so my guess is that the recipe tries to optain that fudgy texture of brownies, which you only get without baking powder 😉🤓.
