I played it at release but didn't last long. I am trying it again now, but I was thinking the same thing. These guys could make a great movie. I love the humor and the voices are top notch.

This game had a charm to it and a character unlike any other MMO (or many other games in general) I've played. Such a shame it ended before I could really explore much of it. Watching these again made me start wiki-diving to plan out characters again even though I knew it was dead. They just built it up so well.
Well, Exiles and Dominion alike have Draken pin-up posters on their walls, so I doubt being into Auren is _that_ weird.. Heck, Auren are all about physical contact, if their love for hugs is anything to go with.

After this devastating start people were highly angered and left the game almost desolate, forcing the dev's to merge their server into only a big one. This didn't helped tho, it was too late. Really a shame. This game is amazing and so was the studio behind it. New content every month, dedicated Livestream/TH-cam channel starring relevant people behind the game aswering questions and showing content, official art contests, hardcore raids for those in love with WoW old school, a housing system that allowes you to customize every single detail in a huuuge terrain plot ( not kidding, you can do whatever your mind desire...some people built giant Star Wars Imperial Walkers in their houses other people created mini-towns in their plot etc etc...truly amazing ). Now it's different, this is why I said 'was', because the studio now doesn't release monthly, their TH-cam Channel/Livestream is kinda dead, relevant people that made this game great ran away quitting the studio, Raids aren't hardcore anymore...more casual friendly (like WoW nowdays) etc etc. It's still a fantastic game and everything now is fixed (bugs etc), but it won't be so in touch with the community and so utopic as it was meant to be. However this game will be F2P this fall. Check it out

This would actually be pretty awesome if they had made a borderlands type game with these characters and the others and then make a cool story around their journey to different planet, instead of a mmo, then make a 4 player coop or something like that. That would be pretty cool.
Wildstar was the first MMO I actually got serious in to get to endgame. I loved it. The housing system was dope, the combat mostly fun, and the environments cool. Plus the music was amazing. Too bad it just couldnt survive.
I think they're both pretty good. although i liked the trailer where the Ordan(think thats how you spell it) woman is like "Every lfe on this planet is sacred" and then the monster shows up and she's like "Except that one."
the long questlines are actually loads of fun, and even tho its mmorpg, i kinda see it as rpg while leveling. the lack of 1 main storyline is kinda depressing tho, but there are loads of long ass questlines so it makes it okay since there are just SO MANY. i mean some of them take 3 hours or so to complete. thats like a proper short rpg right there

You know what would have really made this game awesome? If it were offline. Just make like two versions of the game, each centered around one of the factions and with its own story mode.

This game coulda been something special..if they had given each class it's own unique fully voice acted with cutscenes storyline just like swtor did it would've kicked ass and still been going strong today...what a shame.

The game never received... Pretty much any advertising. Its entire playerbase came from word of mouth.
If this launched as a F2P in 2020, it would do decently, especially now that WoW isn't much of a competitor anymore.
