The thing that stuart is floating on in the sewer is his suitcase. When stuart car falls and he is trying to restart it you can see his suitcase in the backseat behind him 2:35 . Also when you see stuart floating on it you can see the handle and latches on his suitcase 3:35. Did you notice that?
