I introduced him to this song, and a few others. He wasn't impressed, and actually thought badly of my taste in music because I adore this song. He was a snob with antiquated ideas about music. I broke up with him, deleted his number, and never spoke to him again. Being free to adore this music is literally what life is all about. When your heart becomes closed to new experiences. the thing that’s beautiful about music is that it hits everyone differently and everyone likes different types of styles and sounds so it’s dumb to have a strong opinion on what’s good or bad because at the end of the day it’s just that an opinion and something u think is trash could bring tears to another person because of the relation they could have to it based on experiences or perspectives

For me, this brings me back to the first time I really listened to Alice in Chains, ..not so much musically, but more so for the way it makes you feel....the lyrics are so beautiful and the chords haunting....almost a troubling feeling, but just have to keep listening... great job!! you have a new fan!
