we had the worst service in this hotel, after royal tulip left from this hotel their management and rooms are disaster, stuff der behavior khub ee baje, royal tulip jokhon chilo tokhon amra 5 start service paisi.. amader room e toilet flush e ebong shower e paani ashe nai, complained them several times but they didnt take any action, amader another room e telephone noshto chilo, they didnt care.. taka noshto korte jete chaile jete paren..
