    1/4 cup yellow mung dal, 1/4 cup masoor dal, 1/2 green chili, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/2 onion, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 cup carrot, 1/2 cup bottle gourd, coriander leaves stalk, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, pink himalayan salt as needed, 3 cups water, coriander leaves as needed, half of a lemon.

    Mam…I made this soup using Instant Pot and it came out so yummy! I replaced with green moong daal and replaced pumpkin with sweet potatoes.
    One very healthy and tasty lunch 🙏

    I just bought ragi powder to try out your ragi soup❤️ also, is it fine to add curd to jowar/ragi and make dosa out of it daily or is fermentation of ragi/jowar overnight along with rice batter compulsory?

    I made this yesterday . I replaced carrot and pumpkin with kachri, because i didn't had those in kitchen. Alas, the dal soup was tasty. Though i think i can do without ginger and kali mirch 😅. Anyways. Thanks for this recipe. Very filling and packed on protein . I loved it. Would make it again sometime soon 💜💜
    Some dal soup was left so i had this in the morning too, as breakfast and i am totally filled . Like can you expect this from a soup 😂😂

      It will be made only using all nuts and seeds high in calories so better to use whey protein which can’t be home made but is high in protein and low calories
