Sorry if I'm acting bossy, but sambhavana Ji you shouldn't bring the notice to us that Amita is not responding and without being sure it's very bad to make accusations at her even she has done anything wrong in her past. Cause when she returns back with a appropriate reason for her not responding agian it's very hard to be normal.. So don't push things to far, keep patience according to your capacity and move on with a new maid..

Don't mind but let's look at the things a little objectively. U guys did a lot for Amita and she has also done a lot for u.
First of all if she says she is coming then let her come and then calmly ask her that what was the reason that she was not picking up the phone.
In ur absence,during ur trips, during ur mom's demise when suddenly the situation changes she was there and she managed the whole house,kept it clean,Looked after all ur children and fed them.
So she was there for u guys.
Again taking in someone new , training that person will take a long time plus Amita was very honest .
See u people need someone otherwise take it for example, Avinash needed an aloo Paratha but he had to do with poha and that's absolutely fine but then this can happen several times then u were unable to go for a movie with him of his choice because u had responsibility of feeding the children.These things will keep on happening so if Amita who has adjusted in ur household,who is trustworthy and has a reason behind not picking up the phone comes,then keep her
But u also should also start thinking about another option if more time passes by.

Don’t make hasty decisions, as it is very difficult to find someone whom you can trust to leave at home for an extended time with the little kids. Cameras chaahe jitne bhi laga lo. You need to have trust.

People who are saying that amita was exploited by avinash and sambhavna, should also know if amita was that hard working wo kahin bhi kaam karke utna kama legi fir. Sambhavna aur avinash ke pas hi kyu aati hai har baar! Mere ghar me 7 billi ek kutta hai, aur koi khaas kaam nahi hota bachho ko sambhalne me. Ghar ke kaam jo karte hain wo 3000-4000 me bhi kar dete hain, aur cook bhi do logo ka 5 hazar me 3 time ki meal bana deta hai.
There’s always a replacement sambhavna if you can afford then why not keep someone who deserves! and currently I am also in the same situation these bengali maids run away to bengal for 3-4 months without noticing us and switch off their cellphones alot of people are facing such issues in mumbai

Based on the observations of Amita's past behaviour, it seems she tends to avoid confrontation. She may take a six-month break and then reach out to you when she needs money, trying to appeal to your emotions. By that time, you may have already hired another help. If you're willing to go through this cycle again, then you can keep her, but it's probably not the best decision.

Ma'am house helps do this. My house help does this too. He also takes us granted but sometimes it's very serious as well. I would suggest that you take some time and think as you won't find the comfort of Amita again.
It's fine to have separate time with your partner, helps you make your bond stronger.

I can understand not having a house help didi mai colaba mai rahi hu 2 saal theek office dai phle pta lgta tha aaj house help nhi aayegi sara bikhra saman chod kai jana pdta tha, amd since i used to live on my own toh itna kaam tha bi nhi bss morning ka breakfast and lunch and safai kai lie alg didi aati thi usme bi itna chikchik now i am in delhi we have house help here can't imagine a day without that cause ek 2 din kr skta hau koi, fir 9-5 job hai ghr mai bde hai mumma papa yh log mahine mahine nikl jate hai sab ache sai kro toh or nakre mai suggest krungi mumbai mai agencies hoti hai of house help joh maine last 6-7 month mai rakhi thi they will operate or jis din nhi aayegi toh they send another or jese aapko permanent chahiye ghr pai toh woh bi option hota hai i found that best mrko roj roj nhi check krna plus aap unhe pay krdo woh dekhlete hoa inki salary PF medical expense toh sab khush, toh mai suggest krungi amita ko abh mat rakho woh aapko for granted le rhi hai last to last vlog mai khud bolke gyi hai chota bag le ja rhi hu batmizi lgti hai yh 30 din ki ek saath chutti corporate mai bi nhi milti aap ese krlo agencies mai check krlo unko train bi kia jata hai
Don’t keep at all. She has started to take u all for granted which is not good. It has not happened for the first time.
Hi Sambhava ji - Trust and communication are 2 most important factors in any relationship and she has broken both of that. First she did it tell u the truth and even if she is not coming back she has not informed so I don’t think u shoul keep her back …

If she comes after a month and gives valid reason it is not justified because she should inform. It means she is taking her madam for granted. She is given salary and not working free that always she should be excused for her mistakes. Don't keep her so that at least once she should know the value of her work from which her family is earning for their livelihood.
