I collect ironstone too. Love your haul. I got mine from garage sales, thrift stores, and flea markets. Occasionally antique stores though their prices are higher. I have several ladyfinger bowls, because I love them, and never knew that was the term for them. I wonder why. I collect white mostly and I go for some staining but not as much as you.
I collect it all. White, stained, so stained that it's brown. I have so much now that I'm very particular with what I buy though. It's got to be chunky and antique. No 1960s Meakin or Federalist. My oldest piece as of right now was made in 1845. That's the stuff I love.
You need to hit Redbud Missouri ☺️. Girl I have the matching tea pot to the little creamer you just bought 🤣. I love both I buy what I can get my hands on 🤗
Definitely off topic but I just got a hanging scale similar to the one you have hanging in the right hand corner. Would you please show how you style yours 😁
New Year’s Eve I always stay home with my sweet dogs, one is terrified of fireworks and very gun shy . 🤗. I live in Missouri not far from Farmington ☺️💕
Such a great haul! I collect transferware ironstone....the more crazed and stained the better 😆We spent New Year's Eve with my sister and her family and our parents. We had dinner and got caught up on the new season of The Chosen 😁
I collect Cranberry ironstone transferware and I always try to look for the ones manufactured in the 1800's. My New Year was crazy!!! Pyjamas, iced coffee, horror movies while I embroidered a denim jacket for my Etsy store 🤣🤣 I did stay up to watch the sun rise so I guess that was something 😊 xx Oh I love the toothbrush holder
@@MandysOldSoulVintage oh yeah a total riot 🤪 The Cranberry ironstone is sometimes referred to as red ware as well, but I'm in Australia so maybe that's just here 😊
Okay, I’m convinced you and Genevieve Harring are related.🤣 You found some great ironstone. My favorite is the ironstone toothbrush holder. This is the first time I’ve seen one. Thanks for sharing your trip and haul.
I have always gone for stained and crazed. Often at estate sales I get them for 2. And 3. Dollars because I don't think many people here appreciate them. (Washington state)
Found a stained crazed bowel this last weekend and immediately thought of how much you’d like it. 😆 I’ve never seen one like it…has raised dots ( think hobnail but way smaller and way fewer raised dots than hobnail). Have you seen or bought one like that? My daughter actually found it first…but she let me get it. I do have to leave it to her in the will though. 😆

Drinking my morning coffee right now as I watch this out of a Victor coffee mug. One of two I got free from my local Buy Nothing group.
Victor mugs are the best 😍❤️

I got mine on LTD. I use mine to hang my metal candle chandelier. I only use the scale part ❤️
Omg!!! How do you know those bowls are ladies finger bowls. Are they for when they eat to rinse them here hands? I loved the toothbrush holder.
I'm just like you, love these stained pieces, wauw!!!!
It’s the best ❤️❤️

Where are these fabulous antique stores located? What an amazing haul💗
how do you ship the ironstone safely?
Lots and lots of packing paper and lots of bubble wrap and thick boxes is key

Ohhh nice find!!! I bet it’s gorgeous. No I haven’t found one like that yet
Why are they called lady finger bowls? I call them vegetable or serving bowls.
I’m not sure 🤔 Maybe because of the ridges in them looks like fingers if I’m correct. Il have to do more research on that.
Perfume bottle
Oh the cherub thing??? 😍
