@@KuzuhaMoon the latest dev note mention it. I don't have it saved with me either, but you can check Mogdone latest video that discuss about the journal update. Group dungeon & static mob will now heal overtime even tho they're in combat. Althought they doesn't specify what are the rate of them healing... But all to know is that thwy will regenerate health even while they're in combat.
@@vortsynx3151 've checked the forum and found nothing, not even a mention in the video itself. We'll have to wait and see. If that's the case, I don't see it as a problem; it will just take a little more time. I also read the test server notes and found nothing about it.
