We have the same problem as always... we had a top head coach in the building (just like we let go of good players), but we let him go to Detroit and now we are stuck. They could let Rizzy have a full year to get the cap situation under control and then look for the long-term once we are in a better position, I'm interested to see what he can do with this roster and the rest of the season. Whatever they choose, it will most likely be an upgrade over the past 3 years.
The Saints are still in the attractive organization. They still have a good owner that supports the coaching unlike other teams like Dallas that has an owner that does a lot of meddling. It’s an indoor stadium. You have good leadership in the locker room so there’s a lot of positives.
Idk about slowik all the Texans fans say that he’s a sub average coordinator and they’re trying to get rid of him as it is so I don’t think that would be a good thing to put him at a head coach

Why wait to the end of season to hire a unsuccessful head coach. Hire one that's not currently coaching in the NFL. Example...Jon Gruden??? Nick Saban? No! He tried that at Miami and failed then when back to college. Why not Gruden? His ticket back into the NFL, probably cheaper the most? Probably will not work for Loomis!
