The build for my Maverick might be weeks away, so I'm looking at these accessories a lot closer now. I'm not a big fan of the larger pieces of orange trim in the XLT... It looks like the door cubbies might just cover the orange door pull nicely. The center console pads might also be good substitutes for the big orange trim pieces the truck comes with. The door cubbies could’ve had an added bling ‘ orange trim ‘ the center cubby could’ve also had a small LED light to illuminate the deep pocket of the console. Waiting to see laminated wood trims for the front dash and console. Thx for the info vid.
I would not have bonded the door side storage. I would have been better to use the tape to adhere foam to friction fit the storage boxes and when it comes to clean up time it's easy to pull out the boxes for cleaning.
You know I don't believe I installed it backwards I thought I followed the instructions. I found it annoying so I have since removed it. Let me know how it goes for you.

Door cubbies eliminate the ability to put large hydroflasks in the door. That's what that big gap was designed for.
Admittedly, I didn't even know what a hydro flask was until I googled it. My water bottles (plastic bottles) still fit.

Spot on about the cubby having a small LED light. It's a big dark hole!

Ironically enough, the tape doesn't really hold at all .. I'll look at other methods.
