at 4:32 there is a real life equivalent of this, as someone who grew up big in the fishing culture on the East Coast, if you see people fishing anywhere there are people also walking, (i.e Beaches, Piers, Boardwalks), the moment they get a fish on it becomes a public spectacle as everyone will crowd around to see if you reel it in, and also to give their own terrible advise on best way to do so.

wow, i gave up perfection on my 1.6 riverland farm because i thought i didn't have enough space for crops. i was 52% when i started a new file (with enough money to get started on obelisks, just not the resources). maybe i'll continue after all 😅

I once spent two whole days trying to catch the Legend and was very confused why it never came. Like, it was spring, it was raining, I had fishing lvl10, I was fishing in the middle of the lake near the log... Then I realized I needed the mountain lake, not the forest lake

Exactly! It's just easier (and cheaper imo since you don't need to buy shears) to get a couple of rabbits and no sheep. Rabbits kill two birds with one stone!
When catching more difficult fish i always tru to keep the bobber more towards the center of the screen. As it's more likely that the fish will dart that way so it's more covered space while it's darting and it's statistically more likely that I'd be closer to the fish when it stops

I'm so sorry to hear that, lol. The only legend fish I've ever successfully caught was the Angler Fish... IDK why but that one felt easier.
