I'm sure either one would be delicious. Kataifi is just really fine shredded wheat dough (not whole wheat though! 😊) Best of luck!

yea tempered chocolate is better it has more control and un tempered is doin there own thing and like she said tempered chocolate has that *. SNAP* . and untempered will have wierd spots called fat blooms. un tempered also melts REALLY easly, so. :]

I love Künefe, I've been craving it for a few days now and If you ever come to the middle east (Specifically Turkey), you MUST try it. It's made with a special kind of cheese and is usually served hot. But I don't know if the dough would go well with chocolate. Edit: I still haven't eaten any Künefe. God help

There's plenty of dairy free chocolate! Mostly dark, though. They do actually make vegan milk chocolate, but it's more expensive and hard to come by. Just have to read labels. Unfortunately, I can't find any Dove that's vegan.

As someone from the Gulf countries I see people saying they don’t have a Middle Eastern store nearby, I would suggest Turkish or Pakistani or Indian stories, they would most likely have these ingredients as well. Good luck making it! And yes her recipe is good and legit 😂
