    I already knew this little bit of knowledge but kudos to you for explaining it for someone that might not know. I know a lot of guys that will overthink something that they really already knew themselves. If you don't have a depth finder at your disposal, get navionics. It will pay for itself real fast.

    Hey justin, while watching this video it came to mind. I got to wondering if you've ever been going to any spot and seen a fish of any type, as big as your kayak? That would be some scary stuff right there,lol. Great video, keep em comming brother.

    • @huskergator9479
      @huskergator9479 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @chris murdock have you seen the vis where Justin accidentally foul hooked the spoonbill? Those fish are both large and freaky /prehistoric looking. One scared one of my friends half to death. But he and i are also children of the ‘Jaws’ generation; there were a couple summers there where we were scared to swim in a city pool in South Dakota. Guess you had to be there. :)

      @@huskergator9479 , lmao. I too am a jaws era guy,lol. I've caught several spoonbill here in missouri. I've seen an at least 8ft gar before. 300 yards from the missouri river in a creek that came off it in Jefferson City. It was flooded and I about popped myself. Back then I didnt know they wouldnt eat you unless you put your hand in their mouth,lol.

    I simply call these areas “high traffic spots”. Whitetail hunters use this exact tactic to get mature bucks into bow range. Instead of targeting a large oak flat it’s better to catch them in a “high traffic area” before they wonder around a large feeding area. Very similar. Glad your doing this full time now....kinda expecting more great videos!
