Hi Sarita, Your Palak Paneer Recipe is really good. I will definitely try to make it like this.
I like to use 3 to4 fry red chillies and a small onion finely diced, before the spices and the palak purée is added
I also only use garlic,onions and green chillies with toasted jeera seeds with the palak before grinding to a purée.
