Hello, Is it advisable to construct a biodigeste for a 10-apartment complex?

If the minimum retention time for digestion is two weeks, the daily flushes must be multiplied by 14 to get the minimum tank size (depending on the toilet cistern capacity). Even assuming that only black water enters the digester and grey water is directed elsewhere, these biodigesters seem much too small. Pls clarify.

Whst i mean is someone else does the plumbing, the house is fully built now then i call you to come and do a biodigester. Since youre not the one who did the earlier plumbing, do you usually have problems with installing the biodigester to work with the existing plumbing works?
