I just got mine today it smell so good the opening is the best part I get cherry and almond of my skin it’s amazing
Okay that Play-Doh smell. The first time I smelled it, it was Initio High Frequency. I wanted to love it, but that smell…I couldn’t see past it. Play-Doh Almond, me no likey. But the almond note in Baccarat Rouge 540 extrait is NICE. And Guerlain gets it right in L’homme Ideal.
That sweetness you get is from a compound called benzaldehyde and very likely smaller amounts of close derivatives. Benzaldehyde is present in cherries and almonds, basically if you have an almond Fragrance , you have a cherry Fragrance or vice versa.

I still like it, yet too me it smells more like lotion. Sun block. People said when I sprayed too much it smells like baby powder.
Love the Dario Argento Suspiria shirt 👍 He is the Italian Alfred Hitchcock. Also love the music by Goblin (Claudio Simonetti). Also, one of my favorites from Argento is called Phenomena (AKA Creepers). It stars a young Jennifer Connelly (around the same time as Labyrinth). She can control flies. The film also features the song Flash of the Blade by Iron Maiden 🤘😬🤘

Ordered this today, really looking forward to it. I'm surprised at the sheer amount of cold weather fragrances. Now that I'm getting more knowledgeable in fragrances I find it difficult to find a lot of warm weather offerings, which is surprising to me. You would think that warm weather fragrances would be more available.
