This theme plays When Order-Sol and Ky Kiske go at it. A stone sword versus Thunderseal? Who will win? All credit goes to Daisuke Ishiwatari and Arc System Works.
The only weapons Sol has been seen wielding are the magical equivalent of a nuclear railgun, and a cool rock he found, and there was, and never will be an in-between
what I find funny, Sol could never beat Ky, Ky is just that much better of a fighter at the end of the day that it doesn't matter how much power Sol has, Ky still wins even if he is holding back
@@Frost_Winterfall ky beat the fuck out of sol while holding back, without the thunderseal, and suppressing his gear cells. Ky also took Justice down basically solo and sol just stumbled into their fight. Sol truly ain't got shit
@@Darkoriax17 I thought it was. " Oh shit no I'm actually scared he'll realize I'm a gear and slaughter me, oh wait it's just some boring ass chambara"
Just realised something: this song (keep the flag flying) is holy order sol vs ky, and is about their conflict and the crusades, which is pretty obvious. What i realised is that sin using a flag as a weapon could be a reference to this song, showing his connection to both ky and sol, ky is his father and sol is his mentor/the one that raised him. This could also show his divide between both of them in his personality and beliefs, as well as being part gear, which comes back to this song referring to the crusades (human-gear war) and the reason why ky couldn't raise him and sol could. In that way, ky using dragon install could be seen as him accepting not only gears as a whole, but also his son (he can access dragon install due to swapping an eye with sin). So in a strange way, this song gives more characteristics to sin, despite him not even existing when this song was made.
@@fishpickles7316 Well, at this point you should already know about bees and flowers... All I can say is that they both are gears and that they've been lovers for a very long time.

…I daresay it might have been. Both are battle themes for the two main characters when they are at full power. (O-Sol EX and Ky EX/ Ragna Unlimited and Jin Unlimited) and it symbolizes an almost eternal rivalry. However, in Ky’s case…he never went all out. He proved this at the end of Revelator. And Jin could never fully unleash the Power of Order without the body of Hakumen.
@@johnnywantyoudead5113 *BIG SPOILERS FOR CENTRAL FICTION* It’s Susano’o but yes. We don’t ever see Hakumen in his original body, though. His spirit was somehow placed inside the Susano’o unit by Kokonoe. And he ended up basically making it his own until Central Fiction when he lost it to Terumi, who ended up unleashing all of his terrible power and becoming Destroyer Susano’o, but was wrested from the body, allowing Jin to take hold of it and enabling him to fully unleash the Power of Order. Even then it was just barely enough to hold off Terumi. In the end both Sol and Ragna are somewhat tragic heroes because they pretty much need to die to see the “saving the world” thing through. Ragna luckily took all trace of the Azure with him when he went, along with dragging Terumi to Hell with him.

Yes, though I couldn't tell you how far apart the gap was. Mostly because I think the CHARACTER of Order-Sol was introduced in Guilty Gear XX Slash, a still untranslated Japanese-exclusive version of XX. However, I think this THEME was introduced in Accent Core.
Mostly because there's no official soundtrack release for this song. Actually, the only songs included on the various soundtrack releases are the character themes and MAYBE Noontide (Sol VS. Ky theme). Well, there is a promo CD that came out at the same time as Accent Core, and includes this theme and the opening theme, but that's next to impossible to obtain.
