not that surprising. a6 martial yulan was always a bit... overpowered, and could pretty much match a6 ling han or get amost identical performance. the real issue is that nola isn't all that much of a power creep on roslyn. i mean roslyn was busted as all fuck so not that surprising i guess. just surprised how little the dps gain is with her.
@@arizona_anime_fan Yeah Nan Yin and Roslyn was a huge jump for Frost meanwhile Nola is a bit mid right now. Nola, Nan Yin, Roslyn is bonkers though but yeah maybe that's the intended design so next characters would shine better with Nola as buffer.

p.s. depending on which software and plugins you use it's possible to use side chain compression to automatically reduce the volume of the soundtrack when you talk (ducking)

Tough call since you have A6 Yu Lan. A0 4pc Nola won't be able to beat that as of right now especially if you also have 4pc Yu Lan. However if we think of future banners then surely Nola would be better on the long run since they're going to make it so that future character kits will revolve around Nola's Kits

I have heard the next Frost is Heal focused though, which makes me wary of her - in fact most of the reason I even considered Nola in the first place was to not skip around 8 months worth of banners (Which I have done before and can do again if needed) BUT if next Frost is a Heal then I will likely skip her. But then it seems I would need to invest a lot on Nola for her to be better than my Yulan and as a F2P I can’t afford to use up that much resources.. Oh well, I will leave it to luck - since pity is at 79/80 and I will get a free Nola orb. If I lose then w/e I will skip Nola, if not then that will be a really tough call.. nonetheless thanks for clarifying my Yulan is actually hard to beat for a non-invested Nola, it does help a lot.
Ok for the Roslyn, Yanuo, Nola, I see you did Yanuo, Nola, Roslyn then back to Yanuo then roslyn then nola, then roslyn again then back to yanuo and yeah same thing again, I never did this rotation since it confuses me LOL! and Im aware frost has quit a few different rotations and variations but did you do it like this because of yanuo's 60 second buff cooldown?? I do my rotation differently and its easier I do yanuo then nola then roslyn and basically repeat (this is with skills and stuff included btw) and yeah to keep Yanuos buff active I may just wave to do her 3 skills every 4 rotations but I didnt try this to verify I just thought of that since my rotation is extremely quick. But sorry for the long comment just wanna clear some things up! Thanks for reading this all if you do!!!^^
Hi! Yes doing the rotation at Yanuo A3+ this way will make it so that we can exactly get Yanuo's skill reset at the right time and so that her buff stays up. After casting her skill 3 times for the first time you get the buff right but you don't actually have to do it 3 times again for the next cycle to keep the buff intact. You just to cast the skill once and that resets the whole up time of the buff.

a3 yulan(her matrices a0), a5 linghan(a0 her matrices), a1 roslyn (standard dps) - would a a0 nolan(w her matrices) replace yulan on this comp or not much difference/improvement? still not sure if I would get nolan, the only thing that I like is her bike travel gimmick but not much on her attack anims..and are we now on the same track with CN? when would we get leaks for the next char?
If you're replacing A3 4pc Yu Lan with A0 4pc Nolan then I'd say no. You'd need A1 4pc minimum for your Nola. But if we're thinking of future banners then I'm sure Nola would be a better choice since they're going to design kits that revolves around her. As for leaks, no info as of now. We're only a few weeks behind CN so we should be getting 4.3 leaks any time soon!
Not really an optimal comp since you'd be going either Yanuo or Nan Yin main Dps in this case which aren't really the best mdps out there for frost. You could go for Yanuo, Nan Yin, and Altered Nola though...
I just got her and i was planning to replace saki fuwa on my frost comp, it would be A6 Frigg, A0 Alabaster Tiger, and A0 nolan would it be still good?
Hmmm, is your saki also A6? Because she's generally better than frigg so if you're going to replace someone then it should be frigg but if you like her then Frigg, Ling Han, Nola should work as well.
Hi im new i just got nola as my first limited pg, i've seen that nola has synergy with most character but i dint know who to pull, should i get fiona or roslyn ? I cant decide😅
Fiona was great but only if you pulled her on her first release and has been using her, and had her in A6. She is still usable now and you will profit more on newer banners. You're better off pulling Roslyn and Anka. Roslyn is great at A0 (better if you get her 2pc matrix). Anka is a different story though. Would suggest A3 and 4pc matrix. It's crazy strong though.

Followed this rotation f2p frost comp player, and damage is no where near what you showed in f2p video of nola with all elements frost comp section, i did 1202m in 2:30 sec used ling han, habola, scylla matrix, 49k atk, no relic and pet, nola a0, rosyln a3, nanyin a1.
Volt has been trashed always after fenrir incident frost has always been hottas favorite element and phys high invest was always a competitor tbh i would like elements to be much closer rather than having hugh diffrences.. powercreep.older weapon does make sense but newer weapons being much better than other newer weapon is not a great way of doing

Yes, Roslyn matrices are quite busted but running 2pc Lyra and 2pc samir should suffice as alternatives

Technically that should work. Play Nola and Yanuo as intended then it's Ling Han main dps during cooldowns.
