Young Joseph is a bit scuffed to use in base, but his tommy gun has been buffed to be consistent (you can combo extend with it completely). His awakening though is bread and butter, he has an evasive + counter in the same move, he has a 70 damage beam, and one of the most spammable guard break barrages that you can't punish.
