Do you have to climb over those rocks to get into site 4? Looks like an awesome site but I don’t have quite as much clearance as you and want to make sure I can get in there. I have a Ford ranger on 33s.
@Mitch DiMauro: I must admit, that in hindsight, I now realize that those rocks were meant to keep vehicles out! Yes, you’d have to go over them to get into that sight.
Nice. I “overland” in my Ford Focus up there quite often, although I stay on the forest roads. I spend a lot of time fishing and hiking and I must say if you grab yourself a map and make it a point to visit all the vista locations...truly spectacular. There is a truly incredible one off jones mtn road going back toward the main park office in Millmont. Another excellent picture taking vista is off black gap road that connects above halfway dam SP. You should check out Hyner view SP on your next trip up. You can get there by state park roads or the highway obviously. One of the most incredible views in Pennsylvania.
Thanks for the reply! I really enjoyed using the Purple Lizard Map for Bald Eagle State Forest. They call out the vistas and other interesting spots on that map. Also; that's great that you use your Ford Focus! Get out there anyway you can I say!
Cool video! Wanting to head up to bald eagle (one day...) You aired down to 18PSI to travel those roads? And was it the video or you were bit speeding through some roads? Lastly Honda w/ aftermarket exhaust at 1:30AM in morning? Is that normal?? Do I need to be packing heat for this trip? Lol
Nice video, thanks. I love exploring Bald Eagle State Forest.
Nice! Headed there in September!
Awesome video mate, love the colour of your Jeep
Cheap Jeeper thanks a lot!
Nicely done Sir! Love the setup!
Red Magi thanks so much, I really appreciate the kind words!
Checked this place out last weekend.. Negro Hollow Trail was a little tight for my F150 lol
@Seiv: Haha! Well, I'm glad you checked it out! Negro Hollow is one of the more fun trails!
I see you have the EAG cargo rack. What kind of tent is that on top? I didn’t think it was recommended to put a RTT on it. Any issues with this setup?

3:54 made me lol so hard 😹😹😹
Is Negro Hollow Road the same as Negro Hollow Trail? Or is it a separate branch off the road?
@ A Jake Life: I'm not sure. I highly recommend the Purple Lizard Map for BESF though. The detail is great and it was invaluable on this trip!
How long the quiche took to cook completely?
Hi Rebecca, as I recall it took about 40 minutes to cook :)
What wheel and tire set are you guys running there?
Hi Ismael. I’m running 35X12.5XR17 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires on KMC XD Rockstar Series wheels.
Cool video!

@Philly5thGen 4Runner thanks! Glad you liked it. BESF has a lot to offer!
