Concising subjects like Pharma obgy surgery medicine will be tough unless we know how to do it and guide from a wonderful senior like you will be beneficial. You are already helping us soo much. It was a mixture of first aid + dams notes. Annotating first aid is fine. Donot concise notes forcibly just for the sake of it, only do it if you feel you won't be able to revise them during the revision phase. That's what I've been trying to explain

In an ideal scenario, the earlier the better, so ofcourse during your mbbs itself. But it's absolutely ok to do it during internship. It's not the end of the world, you can still score amazing. It comes down to individual time management

The question itself is faulty. If you have all the time in the world, no harm in even making concise notes from Harrisons. If not, Use RR. What I'm trying to say is try to condense the source you use in your 1st read, don't waffle around with a new set of notes later
