I just ordered the DCR-250 to boost my kit's macro capabilities... really looking forward to playing with it.
Also, just looking at the different insects at that magnified rate, it really wakes a different sort of respect toward the creatures. They appear almost human-like in a sense... it's a lifeform just like ours. Beautiful.

Congratulations on your interesting video.
Just a piece of advice in TIP 03: It is not convenient to use a closed diaphragm because you lose sharpness as a result of diffraction.
It is convenient to work with a more open diaphragm and you will get greater sharpness, even if the depth of field is less.
In Macrophotography, diffraction is a big problem caused by the edges of the sheets that form the diaphragm.
