I love My Roar. I've said since her King Cover that Towa does "Angry Songs" perfectly (see also her Usseewa cover with Kanata), and this song hits that right out of the park. It was *treat* to watch this song's debut live, and this is what I want more of from Towa.
For someone who still confused about the song info, this song is basically called a "topic" song usually for streaming purpose in TH-cam Music. This song is still legit and copyrighted, but that's how TH-cam handle its music contents. The "topic" song is obviously don't have a MV for their release and it's up to their artists to add the MV at a later date. In context for Jerod playing this "topic" song, he already did another "topic" songs from Hololive, such as Suspect and Shijoushugi Adtruck.

However, I'm not in his position to judge the requested song, so it's still up to him to play song entirely or not. In context of Hololive topic songs, the songs from IRyS (Here Comes Hope) and Towa (this one) aren't from "Hololive IDOL Project" and they have their name as the song artist respectively.
i love how surprised he was when that heavy guitar chug kicked in, since that was basically my reaction when i heard it for the first time lmao, it puts a huge smile on my face to see how much fun he has playing it

This song was not officially released by towa's channel or cover as yet (unless you purchase the dvd) It is only available under the Tokoyami Towa Topic (not an official hololive/cover/towa channel) by youtube for copyright purposes. So I hope he doesnt get into trouble for this like he did before (he mentioned how he was usually very careful about only playing songs from their official channels) That said, this is probably the strongest reaction he has had to a hololive song in a long time.
The song is officially available for streaming, there's just no MV for it (yet). And by being careful, he's especially willing not to play reuploads or whatever crap it could be. Topic channels are just fine copyright wise.

He's had no qualms about it when he played the Bloom songs which are in the same "toipc" circumstance. He even played Suspect twice.
