    Day 1: Understanding a Crisis
    What is a crisis?
How do we adjust during a crisis?
Is there a positive side of a crisis?
Ways on how we can overcome a crisis.
How to stick to your values during and after a crisis.
Day 2: Learning From the Past
What are some of the lessons we have learned from this crisis?
Are there other pandemics that have affected the world before?
What are some of the opportunities that have been available during this crisis?
What is the place of discipline in a crisis?
What do you need to do differently as you move on?
The role of attitude in a crisis.
Day 3: The Value of People in a Crisis
The importance of people in your life.
    The power of appreciation.
    The impact of giving.
The role of technology in a crisis.
As a business person, did you enjoy being a physics or a biology teacher to your children at home?
    Day 4: Planning
    What is planning?
What are the benefits of planning?
If you were to be informed two years earlier that there would be a COVID-19 Pandemic, what are some of the arrangements you would have put in place?
Going by the experience that you now have, if there was to be a COVID-25, five years from now, how are you going to prepare for it?
What are some of the areas that you need to improve on as you push ahead?
    Day 5: Stress Management
You report to work and your boss hands you a letter to terminate your contract due to the pandemic effects we have gone through.
What will be your take and the way forward?
You are forced to move your children from a private school to a public school.
What would you do in this case?
    Day 6: Leadership in Crisis
Just imagine that you are soon reporting to an office and you come across the following people as their leader:-
As a principal, you come in contact with a student who was in a quarantine centre for fourteen days or his/her parents spent time in a quarantine centre.
As a principal, you meet one of your teachers or even your worker from your institution who just went through the quarantine experience..
You open the office as the manager of the company and the reality hits you that due to the prevailing circumstances, some of your staff members must be relieved of their duties or have reduced dues for the company to overcome the financial strain.
You are just forced as the head of the family to relocate your family from the urban centre where they have been used to, back to the village to start life afresh.
What are some of the lessons you have learned out of this crisis and the measures you plan to put in place so that you may bounce back stronger?
As a spiritual leader, you resume Church services and the giving of your members has dropped by 50% having in mind that there are bills to pay. What do you think should be done?
Day 7: The Role of Family and God in a Crisis
Was your home environment conducive during this period?
If this crisis was to continue for a period of one year, are you prepared to help your family navigate through this crisis?
How are you going to cope with your neighbors whom you were forced to keep off from?
In matters of religion, were you the best leader now that your sitting room was turned into a church?
Now that God is our final solution to this problem, how have we retraced our steps back to him? Is our relationship with him pleasing?
Who is God to you and what was His role in this crisis?
The company you work for cuts your salary and you must change your style of living. You must switch houses and leave the estate where you stay.
    How do you begin?
You are just leaving for work and you meet the auctioneers at the gate with a letter from the court authorizing them to sell your property for the financial institution that gave you a loan to recover their money.
Where do you start or what should you do to avoid this kind of predicament?
The car you bought the other day is toed back to the garage because of the outstanding arrears.
What will be your next step?
Your company or the institution you are working in demands that you work extra hours without any extra pay.
What will be your reaction to this?
