Yes i think its possible but coach builder is has to be very creative and professional in terms of work and finishing. I am very disappointed with the work of this particular coach builder based in Jaipur. Very poor and impractical design and very bed finishing. So find someone who has already completed the similar projects.
Built cost is around 7 lacs excluding vehicle., this van was built in Jaipur, but I will not recommend them because the quality of work is very poor and unprofessional.

Hi, I can't give name of state because in one state all RTO has different policies, but as per my knowledge, UK, GJ, RJ, KL, are some RTOs where you can try your luck 🤞

All state RTO has different rules, so you have to which state's RTO allows you to do so.
