Don't hate me, but I got Himiko on my 1st ticket. I just started on JP like a week ago, so I'm pretty happy. Never had that kind of luck on all my years on NA.
I have playing NA for a year and JP for 8 months. I only got a single 5* in 6 months, but I got 5 5* in a month in JP. I have a feeling that JP has better rates.
