    Good morning, Inger!
    Thank you so for posting this video! I am a soldier in the United States Army and do this workout to your video almost every day that I go to the gym! It is my secret weapon and has really helped take away knee pain, by strengthening the supporting muscles in my legs. I've probably watched it 1,000+ times.
    I do your version and then I also do a calf-raise version immediately after to really destroy my legs. It's amazing! None of my soldiers do it with me, because they can't handle the pain. But because of you and your motivation, I can do multiple iterations now in succession -- and it has changed my life!
    At 37-years-old, I am still one on the fastest and strongest soldiers in my unit. And I still dominate the youngsters in every sport as well... And I think THIS is the workout that has benefitted me, and helped me sustain such longevity, the most. 💪
    So I wanted to personally thank you. I appreciate you very much and I will watch this video until the end of my days. ❤️

    The regular legs, bums and tums class teacher hasn't been around for a couple of weeks so we have had one of my gym's personal trainers taking the class. He loves this workout and it is a killer! I have incorporated it into my regular training routine on the weights so that I can cope with it. It hurts like crazy but I am learning to enjoy the challenge. I know I have felt pain even worse than I get from this one, it kind of palliates the pain I endure from the work out!

    If you want it a little more spicy try to pulse while squatting on the part where he sings "oh miss Lucy dead and gone" ecc ecc while following music rythm. It's going to hurt like hell but gives you nice muscles.

      We do this song in the zumba class I go to and we pulse when we go down. Hurts but helps my muscles get stronger.

    It’s great for sit ups too but never let your back touch the floor for the entirety of the song. Works your abs so good!

    Used to do this at gymnastics conditioning. If you want to feel more of a burn slightly bounce when you go into your squad where you hold it. Hurts like hell but your quads and glutes will love you

      Well, thats not right.. When you go down, you should stay at 90° .. lower doenst mean better in this case..

    I’m going to do this everyday from now until the end of June and I will update everyday.
    Day 1: It was pretty hard to do the first day but I managed it.
    Day2: it was still hard but I know I can do it. I also starting doing sit-ups to this aswell which was terrible
    Day 3: I was so tired doing this today but I still did I. I also found some 5 pound weights so I’m doing it with the weights now. The sit ups are so much harder then the squats but I think that it’s going to help out a lot.
    Day 4: It was a bit easier today but was still pretty challenging. If anyone has any good ab or leg workouts I can do to this as week it would be great if you could comment it below
    Day 5: Ok, the first workout I did was actually th-cam.com/video/3aWeFsczEso/w-d-xo.html which is with the same person. After I did that which really got me tired I then did sit ups to the bring sally up song. After the sit-ups I took a break and then did the squats bring sally up. The squats felt so much easier compared to the video I followed first. The sit-ups were still painful but I managed. I also did some crunches and working out with 5 pound weights. I’m probably going to keep doing all of this for the rest of the month every day, I might take some rest days though. I can’t wait till Thursday for me to see if I lost any weight from doing all of this. When I check I will say how much weight I have lost, if any at all.
    Day 6: Ok so I think I made a good workout video playlist so I’ll put them in order from what I do first

    I find that doing it in this order makes it much more harder and easier. It’s easier to do the bring sally up squats after doing the first workout. It’s hard to do the bring sally up sit ups after doing the second video. I like this because I am trying to improve my abs (I’m trying to get them) and it’s feels like it makes me work more when doing it which makes me feel better. I also wouldn’t recommend eating something right before doing all of these. If you do make sure it’s something small, or else you might throw up like I almost did. Tomorrow is going to be day 7 so after that I’m going to see how much I weigh and see if there was any change.     Day 7: OMG for some reason it was so difficult to do all the squats today. The abs are getting easier though. I think next week I may include like 50 crunches into this workout. I am going to see how much I weigh tm and I will update how mow much I lost if any. I really hope I lost some weight. Can’t wait for me to weigh myself tm
    Weight Edit: I lost 0 Punds!!! I literally weigh the exact same thing as when I started! I think I may start running around the block and stuff. I’m determined to lose all of my quarantine weight and some more.
    Edit 8: I didn’t work out today. I am going to wait until Monday so then it feels like a full week.
    Day 8 (week 2): I didn’t do any of the workouts I’ve mentioned above. I did ride my bike 24 km going 16 km an hour. I felt really good after that
    Day 9: I did the same thing as yesterday but I did only 16 km because I was having problems with my bike.
    Day 10 - today: I haven’t done any of this for the last how many days because I have been having back problems
    Ok I know this sound weird but I literally haven’t done anything the past week or two cause of my body hurrying everywhere from something I did. But I don’t understand how somehow I lost one pound. I am so happy and I’m going to be probably starting my list of workouts above again at the start of July. Good day everyone 👋🏿

      Don't forget to put in rest days! They are crucial for recovery. Furthermore you can stay the same weight and lose fat by gaining muscle, however abs are made in the kitchen so keep your food intake in check whether it is for gaining or losing weight!

    I used to do this every Friday when I was in college doing performing arts, there surprisingly a lot of lifts you have to train for, in Macbeth, Macbeth was lifted most of the show by 4 guys and carried around apart from times he was alone

      @@jackmaillard5046 as a matter of fact the position of the feet is a personal choice for all individuals... Look at weighlifters... Or other strong lifters... Their feet aren t always pointing forward... That s because the glutes are more engaged that way... And because your own flexibility may not let you go low with the feet pointing forward.....

    Hey, is it ok for you to have your knees way far over your toes? You've done that in several of your videos. Perhaps I've learned the incorrect manner for the past 35 years that I've been working out.

      Just a matter of ankle mobility! It is perfectly ok :-)

      As long as your knee tracks over the centre of your foot and your heel doesnt lift off the ground its ok.

    Now do it inversed with pull ups! That way you have to stay up while the ol Ms. Lucy part plays each time.

    My 4th grade teacher made us do it and on day 1 no one made it but by day 5 some of us made it including me and the last time we did it we were all able to do it and sometime we challenged each other to see who will win

    I did this in school with the class omg the teachers were dying then we got me in pain but being able to complete it. How is this possible im more able to do this than the teachers.

    I did whole squats version yesterday and it wasn't as hard as it seems but I still tryna do push ups version 2:15 +/- max so far. This gonna be much harder 😂

    If you want it to be more challenging try with 150 kg back squat. We do this as a warm up in our CrossFit beginners class 💪 🔥

    We did the full thing in gym class and our legs turned into jello our gym teacher is mostly into workouts then sports so it’s like 2 hours workout and 30 minutes of actual sports but I did lose 35 pounds in a month went from 230 to 195

    Honestly for me it was easy enough to do it twice in a row because I played with bubble wrap while squatting setting my mind to something other than the burning.
