People complaining and calling this diabetes completely missed the point of a dessert. No shit desserts are supposed to be sweet. It’s literally just a sundae with toppings in a “cake” form
I’ve made this hundreds of times. However, I make it with mint ice cream, and then hot fudge on top of the ice cream, then cool whip on top of the fudge. IF I have Oreos left to put on the top, meaning, if I have not eaten them, I’ll sprinkle them. 😊 At Christmas, I’ll sometimes do Candy Cane ice cream with candy cane bits on top.
That is NOT dirt cake….dirt cake has cream cheese, vanilla pudding & whipped cream all mixed together & you layer it with the oreo crumble. Dirt cake is not this mess

Ignore the negative comments, if they don't like good stuff they don't have to watch or enjoy yummy recipes. Directions: 15 Oreos Throw into the blender melted stick of butter throw into the food prosseser and you are going to the Oreo crumbs to nice flat pan. Add some cookies and cream ice cream and flattened it on the pan Oreo crumbs. Add some Cool Whip and spread it on top of the ice cream. Crush some Oreos to add on the dessert. Add some chocolate syrup and add a drizzle of it on top of the crushed Oreos. Freezer for 1 hour cut and enjoy. Ingredients: 15 Oreos/ Blender Melted stick of butter Cookies and cream ice cream to a flat pan Cool Whip Crush Oreos Drizzle of Chocolate Syrup Your Welcome!
This would be good to put in individual glass containers with lids and keep them in the freezer for when you want a special treat. Also if anyone wants to not use cool whip, 12 ounces of whipping cream and two tablespoons of vanilla pudding whipped into stiff peaks will hold up well in the freezer as well.

I would use strawberries or blackberries as topping instead of more Oreos. The tartness of the berry will balance out the sweetness. Balance is key.
