@Luke Mccabe they don't have much breathability because they are waterproof but they're great over all.
I live in Ireland and the Gore Tex 1s are a must have! Mine were very uncomfortable to start with, felt really tight across the end of the laces, but super comfy once broken in. The water proofing is insanely useful!

Haha, i just came here exactly for this kind of answer. I moved to Ireland for some months and i’m looking for some waterproof shoes. I saw Jordan 1 already and i was looking for more, vut guess i’ll stick with the 1’s as everybody praises them. Thanks mate!

Love the 5’s as a silhouette, and this was a release I had my eyes on. They smashed this out of the park!
The Jordan 1 Gortex Black Particle Grey’s are my winter go to up here in Michigan. Wish these came in a men’s 11!
These are amazing! Love 5’s so I’m a lil biased. Really diggin the yellowed sole. Wish JB would do this with most of the 5’s. I hate how the translucent sole turns a brownish yellow after a while. But definitely will cop a pair ! Awesome video guys!

This is one of the HARDEST 5s to drop in a long while, and I love the treatment of the ankle pods on these (better than We The Best 5s IMO)

As an OG head, I do love the overall look of these. I agree though, the big GORE-TEX on the left side is a bit much.
I think the stitching done on the lateral ankle area is a great solution to create the shape that we know 5’s for.

I have a pair of gortex 1's and they did the tongue just like that. Attached. Changed the fit of the shoe a bit but still love wearing them bc I'm a bike messenger in Seattle where it literally always rains.
🔥🔥🔥 Once they put the water proofing from gore-tex this is what made it a little ashy. Dora buk can't repel water too well and then Dorabuk cracks over time
It’s crazy that they make one of their best looking 5’s with top of the line quality only for women smh make it make sense. On top of that I hate Jordan 5’s but these are beautiful. Also, when were these released and why were they hidden? I just found out about these like a month ago
They only released overseas they haven’t released in the US yet they pushed the date back and didn’t announce it. They’re supposed to release 2/18

These are fantastic and swapped laces with my raging bulls made them even more 🔥
I also love the Gore Tex 1s (light curry, which is a really versatile neutral colour) - superb for wet and light snow conditions. They could definitely make these a men's release too!

The goretex 1s are actually good except for that Goretex branding. I guess it couldn't be helped cuz of the collab/tech. I walk them in the snow and rain like nobody's business and have no issues of the interior getting wet. Just make sure you lace them up thight if you plan on walking on over 2ft of snow.
They're still sneakers and not winter boots so take that into consideration when wearing them

Just wish more AJs would have "Nike Air" on the heel with the swoosh. Looks more classic. Otherwise it's a 🔥 sneaker.

I would have to agree with Mrs. Wing on that Chris. It's more on the orange/creamsicle side, though I agree with you, I would also like to have it more on the yellow-ish translucent side. Regardless, I dig these. Much love from the Philippines man!

These remind me of the off white AJ5’s. If they did the jumpman at the back bigger but it fluffy swede it would look cooler and yes Chris that outsole ids deffo yellow and not orange 😂

i've been wearing the AJ1 Goretex during this cali rainy season. love them! they were super tight on the top of the toes until they broke in. I also replaced the insoles with Move insoles as well. super comfy! i think i have to get these for the wife and myself

I was able to pick these up on Tradeblock. Traded a pair of Patta Monarchs. Glad I did. These are so fire.
Colorway wise these are probably one of the best to come out of the GoreTex line. They look “classic” and not super techy like other Goretex shoes.

the jordan 1 goretex have nice leather. they have nice colorways too, the lightbone is easy to match

It looks great but the black colour comes off when it meets water despite it's waterproof. You can try it with some wet tissue paper.
Honestly was so excited in the beginning of 2022 but finding out only women sizes really hit hard
These look pretty good, not sure if I'd cop a pair to wear here in the Bay Area, but you never know. To me, the sole has more of a yellowish tint rather than orange. Anyway, dope shoe and dope video!
