You can get plants to fill any empty spaces. Because a home is such a big decision, you don’t want to make it based on your current limitations/ furniture. Hi T, I trust that you are well. I so enjoy your vlogs and also the apartment viewing. I live in Fourways, obviously north of Joburg Sandton 😀. I see many beautiful apartments around here, not even fixer upper, they are ultra modern and ready to move in. I know the area is a little distance to and from your work but obviously Fourways offers best amenities, lovely restaurants and recreational activities to mention a few and there are Gautrain facilities that may ease your movement. Most of the apartments are two bedrooms and some are even lower than your price range and still ultra modern. Maybe try and expand your search to Fourways and trust me l, you will not regret. I know you love your current area but Fourways never disappoints my dear. ❤😊
