    Seeing other females here suffering during menstruation is somewhat comforting me, not that knowing you are suffering is a good thing but to know that I am not the only one suffering. I have painful menstruation too. We are all in this together, let's survive monthly ~♥~

      I read somewhere in another TH-cam's comments video on the same subject, it prepare us for birth labor. However I don't believe every women whom suffer period cramp wants or will have kid(s).

    To every girl out there going through this pain dear god you’re not alone some things that help me a lot is extended child pose is amazing for period cramps, also warm showers/baths, heating pads, over the counter medicine, going to the bathroom, and walking helps and i know when you’re on your period all u want to do is curl into a ball and die but walking is proven to help cramps trust me it works

    Dr Asiakale you are indeed God sent, I usually have a very painful flow ever since I was 17years old, I have tried using different drugs but the pains doesn't stop nor go, I have been living with it and managing with the pain each time my monthly circle comes but ever since last year December when I started using your herb the pains has been subsided and I feel better and comfortable each time my flows comes now.     I did these with you. Didn't even do it perfectly or for the recommended period of time but the pain still got fully ALLEVIATED! Thank you for compiling these asanas into a short video.
    Whoever said that Yoga doesn't work surely didn't experience period cramps.
