According on your picture - I'm pretty sure that you don't even know what dark web is.
1, check the phone after charging to see if anything is on it or on the card. Coming from the dark web, there's no telling where it came from.
2, cut the bear open to make sure nothing odd is inside. Who says somebody didn't cut it open, stuffed something inside, and sewed it back up.
3, throw that bag of black gunk away, but not in your own trash but a garbage bin somewhere far away from your home and wash your hands as thoroughly as possible afterwards. Even spray Lysol or whatever else you may use in any area you've had it in. Might be the remains of a dead animal for all you know. Or a person.
4, I would treat the pill the same as the black gunk if I were you.
5, I would also treat the screwdriver the same as the black gunk and the pill. Hell, for all anyone knows, someone was high on one of those pills, took that screwdriver, and killed an animal that decayed into that black gunk. Who can possibly say?
6, I would treat the iPad the same as the phone. Check and make sure there's nothing up with it. However, depending on who this psycho seller is, you may not want to keep either device, because who could say it's not some hacker who could use them to monitor your location and cause you serious harm? The Dark Web does love hackers after all.
7, for the rest, I really can't say too much. Who knows what the liquids might be? But I certainly wouldn't trust them. Hell, I wouldn't even trust the wipes, to be honest.
You say you don't know if the seller is truly a creep or just acting like one. We're talking about the dark web. What other reason would anyone have to be selling things there and not on a reputable site? I would immediately assume the seller is a psychopath. The contents of this box just furthers that thought. I wouldn't hand any of it to the police personally, because I know how corrupt they are and how quick they are to blame innocents for wrong doing from personal experience. Although, ultimately, that decision is yours alone to make.
I don't mean to sound like a nag or a condescending ass or anything else of the sort, but this idea was really stupid. You should never buy anything from the dark web, for any reason. There's a reason people sell there and not on eBay or Amazon. And it can't be good. The police are quick to judge you as if you did wrong by buying anything from the dark web, as if you have ulterior motives yourself, even if it's not the case. They could even try to say you're in possession of drugs and so you're breaking the law or some other nonsense. You're an adult and so you can certainly make your own decisions and I'm sure you thought of this stuff beforehand, but please, PLEASE don't put yourself in unnecessary danger for the sake of doing something "original". This was a horrible idea.

That first bag that you pulled out that you said smelled really bad could be jenkem which is fermented shit that people huff to get high, or black tar heroin (I'm not familiar with the type of scent heroin has, but that looks like and is packaged the same way as it.) you really should have worn a mask before opening this. I would say buy a drug testing kit (if that is legal where you live) and test all of the liquids that came in the box. Also, tape off those cameras. If the seller is the stereotypical darkweb lurker, they could be watching you which isn't likely the case since you sent them your home address, but it's better safe than sorry. The liquid in that small clear bottle could have been LSD, but LSD doesn't have a scent. It could be a research chemical or just a straight up toxic chemical that will kill you after a small amount of exposure to it. Cut apart the teddy bear, see if anything was stuffed in there and check around the eyeballs for any wires. Stay safe.

Here in Switzerland where I live, we have multiple places where you can bring your drugs/substances to so they'll test them for you and give you a chemical report what is in it (everything free and anonymous). I don't know if that exists in England but if so, you could bring the brown stuff / the pill and the screwdriver there and let them test it.

Back in the time when SilkRoad was active, the biggest online black market back in the days where you could buy weapons, drugs, bomb instructions etc., the packages always are thoroughly thought out! They never thrown things just in bubble wrap in a carton box. They hide it as much as possible and doesn't make it look as obvious as this silly packaging.

Dark web doesn't automatically mean "There's only dark stuff / illegal stuff sold" there are even sellers that sell proper cookies on there because the country they live in prevent selling cookies privately. There are a lot of people on the dark web that just sell stuff there they wouldn't be allowed to sell from themselves. And I'm serious, you can buy normal cookies on the dark web.
7. His second video where he orders another package from the dark web surprisingly has the exact same bubble wrap used in this video. And the stuff that is in it just looks like it's straight out of his own. When he took out the whiskey or whatever it was it just fits so perfectly into his home lol.
There are just so many things that don't add up for it being from the "dark web" and as I said, again: Mystery Boxes in the dark web for 100$/250$ - you really think they conveniently throw in stuff that matches your price? If it were real they'd just throw in trash to make the quick buck. Why would you even throw in an iPad in a mystery box and smart phones??? It makes NO SENSE at ALL. If you want to buy an iPad or something there are places for it but a Mystery Box isn't one of them lol.
Conclusion: Video is obviously fake.
