Hello~ I will try my best to answer your question, what meta are you asking for?
If Duel (PvP) the meta team is various but most players usually use team that are fast and can pretty much annihilate the whole enemy team, for instance a team consists of SSR Menreiki, SP Shuten, SP Ungaikyo, SP Oitsuki and Amaterasu
If PvE, you will need to specify which PvE you are referring to, whether it’s for Soul Zone Farming/Demon Encounter Boss/Area Boss/etc, I will need to answer one by one

Well… if you say you’re new to the game, I do not recommend aiming high Tier in PvP, you need pretty much lots of Shikigami to achieve that…
Hmm… mind if I ask what are the SSR/SP that you currently have?

Hmm… those 3 are top picks in duel… although you’re lacking accel, but that can still be replaced with Kamaitachi/Kujira
I have to warn you if you did want to play using those teams your soulsets need to be good
