Good study today!!! Love the way you help us understand these words and apply them to our lives. I am late at getting my Bible studies today. Met up with some friends and spent most of the day with them. But I knew I did not want to let the day go by without reading the Word of God and listening to my studies. Thanks again for all the time and effort you are putting into these studies. You are awesome!
Your prayers, your videos are making me a better Christian!!! God is truly working through you. You have no idea how hard my life got to where I didn’t want to be alive anymore. But now God is showing me a different future life that is fruitful and a land full of milk and honey. God is amazing, JESUS is amazing! Several months ago I was not talking like this. Thank you for your YESSSS!!!!
Good morning ☀ I went from my study of Matthew to here now in Acts.. I’m learning so much. Even at 71!! Fortunately I’m at the age where I’ve learned to listen to the directions God gives me. Wisdom. Knowledge. Pray for our country.
The walk it out challenge is a hard one. I've repented, asked for forgiveness, been so close to revealing the truth to those involved, but my confession to them have not come. I know I'm forgiven from God as he holds no grudges, only ♥love and Jesus died for my sin on the cross. Any advice and scripture are welcome.
I honestly don't have any advice or my own opinion to give when it comes to this. You have to make the decision for you and your life. If it's something you want to do, and you know it's God's will (based on His Word), then ask Him for help, for guidance, for courage, for a boost. And sometimes, often times, we have to do things while we are still a little fearful. But I'm not here to pressure you, but to point you to Jesus❤️
I feel like the outcome of Ananias and Sapphira's life is a HUGE LESSON and a WARNING for future generations of the seriousness and sinfullness of lying to God or thinking you can pull anything off on God.
My question regarding Ananias and Sapphira was, I'm wondering why they were not allowed time to repent or ask for forgiveness. Even Judas was given time to recognize his sin.
And after thinking about this more you say it was their choice so therefore they had an opportunity as they were planning to do this to make that decision not to do it and they still followed through in doing it. So, I believe God probably convicted their hearts when they were premeditating to do this and they chose to ignore the conviction God was giving them.
I love that you thought through it more... and even reading through some commentaries and resources (check out the one I list in the video description), you may gain more insight. What's really evident is how much God sees and knows and cares about our hearts, right?! WOW!

I absolutely agree
In verse 5 it read everyone who heard about it was terrified. If the word spread quickly, why didn’t his wife hear about it within the three hours?
Oh goodness I wondered the exact same thing!!!!!!! We know God is sovereign and purposeful. And I’m still curious too 😉
I think there were others thinking on doing the same Ananías and wife did. That's why they gripped in fear
Ooooooof... what a lesson. And we can see it in our own lives. Imagine if we experienced the same IMMEDIATE punishment...
