There's a technical and an artistic element to the judging. It would have beaten half of the advanced routines from this year, and it's the novice/intermediate category.
Because of the high quality despite being in a "less skilled" competition category...🤔 I don't know if you're trolling, or simply ignorant/oblivious to quality WCS, but maybe watch some more videos. Feel free to go back even a couple decades to see what it was like in the very beginning. Hope this helps.
