The Model Ship - Part 2043

THIS IS NOT A TUTORIAL It is more of a daily personal diary, or perhaps a vlog, centered around the building of plastic model ships. Don’t be surprised when I unexpectedly, but usually just momentarily, get into something completely unrelated. I was big into building models years ago. Apparently I’m trying to bring back “the good old days” by building plastic model ships. Feel free to learn from my mistakes while I muddle through this.

Ron’ great video. A lot of parts to clean up 😊but that’s modelling 😂 My next ship build will be the 1/400 Queen Mary II. My copy has a lot of flash on the main parts 😂. So I have started cleaning them up for bit on some days, will make it easier later. Well Ron happy everything.

*Queen Mary II* The last of the great liners! This will be a great build. Too bad about the flashing. Back in the 80's I started on Revell's *Great Eastern.* Flashing was so bad that I got discouraged and gave up on it. Trumpeter seems to do a good job in the flashing area. 🤞
