Initially franco shown the book and turned the pages by fingers pressed on a side of eage set of pages ( horizontally turning pages) , Later when he said the judges to pick a page, he doesnt fully reveals the image (just only flips the page from its end carefully by not showing the picture from its middle (note that the pages turned vertically now) That means whichever page the judges are gonna pick, that preplanned 3 sets of pages are obtained (actually every pages are repetation of those pictures). Now its all easy. He just bought that snowman precasted. Isnt it funny to realise that this schoolboy magic is presented here and no one realizes it because of the reputation Franco has built .. haha

This is one of the easiest trick I have ever seen done by a magician. I know exactly how he did it. The edges of the book is cut in 2 shapes and everytime he flips a page, he actually flips 2 pages. Yet he pulled it off very well. However he could have created more suspicion in revealing the final snowman. The reaction could have been more effective!

Brenden Lawlor yeah it's really simple this how I think he did it : when he finished showing them the example he managed to bring up the rest of the papers from the bottom that contains the same drawing .

If i was the judge i wouldve picked one of the top pages. Flipping 1/4 part only of the pages instead of the whole page (like what he did during demo) should give me an idea that something is going on between those pages.

And when he let's them chosse he starts from the bottom. That's how it's done. Now can I get a like?? 😁😁
half of the of the papers wear cut in half so if you show them one way you only see half but if you hold it the other way you get all the same. clever but easy to figure out.

The secret of the focus in the drawing book, it is clear. at 0:31 you can see that Mat turns several pages at one time. at 0:37 you can see how many sheets are in the book and how few pictures it shows. The sheets that Mat is turning over are very heavy, because the sheets are slightly glued to each other. at 0:48 second - he posted them. 1:01 it is clear that the sheets that Matt showed are shorter than the ones chosen by the judges, so they remain under the pages that Matt flips through (i.e. Matt turns over the page with what he showed (short) and above - a long page on which and the same desired picture).
