This has probably been pointed out already, but Adam Ondra has attempted every single route named "La Dura Dura" in the wold. Pretty cool and kinda funny considering he did the harder of the two.
that is because he almost only climbs in nature, so he is not used to climb on an artificial wall, it's a different thing
Actually he spent 3 month on his 9b+ route, so his indoor training must have been stopped

Nope,in a world cup he would have been disqualified. But really, it did not help him, and I have never seen him made that kind of misstake before.
Kevin Lenson 1 year late. I guess he could have used it in a world cup since there is no black tape . I saw climbers at world cup reach for holds in the girl problem next to theirs or even (believe it or not) grip the top of the wall to traverse and bypass the holds. It counted
Interesting comment, if that is true all the fuzz about Sharafutdinovs mistake should be put to rest. I am not a IFSC judge, so I can¨t help here..

Ondra is an amazing climber, but i think he would benefit from some sort of powerlifting strength program, it seems at times that he can't hold his bodyweight as well as climbers like Sean who make it look effortless.
You should watch the legends only 2014, Ondra makes all the problems look easy. He did look shaky in 2012, but he is now dominant.

i climb so it was awesome
wierd that adam ondra didn't do so well in this, yet he is still one of the two people to have climbed 9b+, first to climb 9b+ and most 9b+ climbs... guess he isn't that great in a gym.
Talk about a bad day for the best climber in the world, Adam shoulda crushed them! And where was Daniel Woods he woulda flashed every problem.
Where's the Women
Ondra may be the best climber there, but he lacks the fitness that all competition climbers have which stops him from winning comps like this

In these competitions do the climbers get to see the competitors before them go? If so that seems like a major disadvantage to the first couple of climbers that attempt it.
They have all seen, studied, and tried the problems during 3 hours, the day before the comp (all together).And they are all able to see eachother try the problems at the comp. Of course the order of the climbers are changed on every problem. But you have to remember, the problems are way more diffiuclt than in world-cups....
