Im not gonna lie dude, I model my playstyle off your videos, they've helped me so much with the skill curve in this game, I'm still not quite at being able to flawlessly kill bosses and mini bosses yet but I'm definitely able to take on fights more confidently
Jesus Christ, this whole thing was so masterfully done. It reminds me a lot of playing through a level on Metal Gear or Tenchu Z trying to get an S rating on a mission. I’d honestly never thought of playing through an entire area like this in a challenge way without using any idols but still clearing all the enemies instead of sprinting by them like in a speed run. I think it would be cool if they introduced another challenge mode that made entire areas into missions that you could play and get rated/scored by things like how many times you were spotted or died, how many stealth kills you got, how many of your attacks landed/accuracy, mission time etc. I think it would be a really cool addition to make it like a lot of other stealth/ninja games. I’m also really impressed with your use of every stealth technique, even using projected force to throw the whistle 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Every part of this was amazing to watch.
This reminds me of StealthGamerBR's incredible stealth gameplay (they only have one Sekiro video which is Hirata Estate). 100% efficiency, no hesitation, knows where to go exactly, no HUD, etc. Great video!

i only just realised recently how OP hanbei's hidden bluetooth devise of death is...and i cant believe it took me this long to understand its usefulness. i keep it in my hotbar half the time now. once it clicked, i thought about how many instances in the past where i consciously wished i had that exact mechanic - despite having acquired tooth a million years ago, and knowing exactly what it did - but i was too stupid to put 2+2 together and actually use the dang death tooth!

Even after Elden ring he’d probably still be playing this. Elden ring will have stealth though so I’m quite excited to see what he does with that. Hope it had a perfect block mechanic like deflects in sekiro

You could do this for all the games. It would be a pretty good series because it showcases the brilliant level design and atmosphere of those games as well.
@@garrytalaroc Yes, it works but he probably didn't do it on purpose. usually, you can get hit or in general not deflect to break enemy AI combo thus opening them to more free hits that deal posture and HP damage. It works best with the headless but that one has terror on top of damage so you are in for one possible hit.

it is actually amazing to think that if he doesn't get the correct sequence he has to start all over, even with the bosses! so imagine he does a good half run, and kills 1 boss, if he misses something after that, he has to do other run, because one boss is already dead and cannot respawn. i guess he does a copy of his game, but it is still a lot of hard work. ongbal videos are truly amazing :)

Nice work, i always thought it would be cool to make these kinds of gameplay videos but never really had the patience to do it myself. Great use of prosthetics to keep things fresh. I just wish we had a few more animations for stealth kills like we got in Tenchu Z, that single backstab animation gets kinda old after a while.
One of my fav games of all time. I just wish there were diff stealth kills based on the angle of approach like Tenchu. Also, I wish it had a funky OST like Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven. All that aside, awesome vid of an awesome game!!
Recently I’ve been trying to fight entirely in Ashina Cross stance. Deflect then return to the stance; attack with only Ashina Cross. A fun challenge, you should try it.
The Interior Ministry arrived at the gates of Ashina, endowed with the finest weapons and encased in the hardest armour. But when they burst through, they were met with nothing but corpses and silence. The entire castle had been annihilated in silence, not by a soldier or by an assassin but by a shinobi who was loyal to his master above all else
I completed my first sekiro playthrough and started 2nd playthrough with the hud completely hidden. Not even deathblow markers are showing. And man, the tension and thrill on another level.
He killed himself w/ this item that i don't know the name. I only know it in french. That's the first time i saw this item useful... Thought it was a troll by the developpers but ONGBAL teach us how to use it properly.
Inside the ashina castle is where I got good. I practiced my fighting with the blue robe samurai while grinding for confetti and after that, bosses were no longer a threat.
