After school it would make me revisualize my entire day and what i couldve done.
Makes my brain go into overdrive.
Feel very in my head, not physically activated and too thoughtful in front of sober people.
I tried smoking weed when I was much younger and it made me super paranoid. I'm an over- thinker anyways and it made it a million times worse. I would be OK if I smoked on my own, but I'd get so paranoid in social situations, I would convince myself of the most ridiculous things.
But after having therapy and managing my anxiety and traumas, I found smoking a lot more enjoyable. Weed isn't for everybody, and that's fine.

I'm the same way. I used to smoke every day then almost out of nowhere I started getting really anxious and quiet when i got high. Sometimes I was so paranoid I couldn't breathe or even put sentences together. Couple times I literally felt like I was in hell no exaggeration. Thats when I knew weed wasnt my thing.
