I tried the tuna pancake, but I sauteed the onions and carrots until translucent, used flour+1tsp pepper+1tsp salt+1tsp sugar, and the green onions. I also left a lot more of the oil in my tuna, but it turned out great! Thanks for the super fast recipe 😄

Hi Marion quick question but would tinned corn be acceptable? I sometimes find frozen corn to be bit on the tasteless side here and tinned corn just a bit better.

I like the corn fritters, I'd make sure it's organic non GMO corn, they look lovely...but....Those scrambled eggs look disgusting to me, personal taste, I have to have them fully cooked and dry, no snot on my eggs Thankyou 😃 I'll add fresh herbs from my garden and salted butter, not that runny snotty mess (my opinion of course, I'm sure many will love them like Marion makes them... I have to say, Marion reminds me of Gok Wan, the fashion designer, they could be twins. Problem is I don’t have orange yolks like that in California.
*from CA* I found that expensive, organic eggs are more orange. Also if you know anyone with chickens, their eggs are better.
