Our at sea or during tank cleaning I don’t let my officers do 6 on 6 and off as I keep evening 4 to 8 watch myself when chief officer can’t , and believe me captain has nothing much to do at sea mostly 👍 but yeah waking up early is pain
Yeah…am so lucky to sail with him , under his command junior officers are very comfortable onboard..without fail he take care of everyone’s rest hour ..he used to keep my 4 to 8 watch during ops like t/c ..thank you Capt Sir
