It was a waterbody falls under panchayat , earth filling was done by excavating earth from the large waterbody ,resulting a very deep , which might result into accidents for the kids and elderly persons. Building materials were used with inferior quality items ,which resulted developing various problems. Large inventories are still lying unsold. I even know one buyer who bought this flat initially for 1.2cr is now finding difficult to dispose off for 90 Lacs.......
