Quite literally one of the coolest things I have seen lately. Thousands of happy people, having fun, listening to music, and all enjoying the same vibe.
I love harddance events and raves in general because the crowd is there mainly to dance while actually giving space to, taking care of, and respecting each other. It's awesome to just go wild and dance like a weirdo in a space where no one judges you. Kinda similar to metal audiences in a weird way, especially the dominator/black hardcore gabber crowd, there's a lot of overlap.

(Sometimes your friends and ppl who see you will make a wall together to protect you) PS: if you're planning on going to a party like this (probable not bc of corona) and you wanna get some drink during that. The first time i particapated in one of these was in a small venue in drammen norway where i almost fell and yeah that for second there i did feel a littel bit scarred by that
I was there that year, the Swedish flag in the middle, take some meters to the left. that's where i stood with my group, 2 girls in our group fell during the "left right" part, and almost got trampled by the crowd... we managed to block them off with 4 people.
I remember I was on a train by myself and there was a really sudden hard stop in the middle of the rail and somebody behind me grabbed my arm thank god because otherwise I would've fallen hard
fun fact: the slight wave from the stage to the camera is because the speed of sound is REALLY low compared to other constants speeds in physics. @@seeling_liebe That's exactly how it works. If it's 100m front to back, the sound will take about a third of a second, which is why the people at the back are moving after the people at the front

its barely perceptible but you can see the vertical movement of the crowd responding to the bass drum traveling towards the camera as a wave front since the speed of sound dictates that the people towards the back of the crowd hear the noise a few ms later and thus jump a few ms later. very cool.
So being a fan of hardstyle I had to see the full hour long video of the power hour they did for this concert. This happens a little over 50 minutes into a full hour of pounding bass and dancing.

The dutch know hot to party
Meanwhile swedish flag, english comments and greek opening music *chef's kiss*
We Dutch generally have a above average undertanding of English so usually we prefer commenting in english on the internet since it's mostly the chosen language for most sites. Don't be surprised if this comment section is about 90% Dutch.
@@thunder176 I'm not surprised at all about the english comments, I'm just pointing out the variety of people here, not judjing and being bitter about anything

no offense but you sound like when there's a voiceclip of guy holding a speech in the middle of a hardcore/style song
youre acting like this is something epic and glorious, all you can do is jump in a crowd of strangers man chill lmao

Flevoland is already below sea level though.
It has come to the point where seeing crowds having fun puts a smile on my face.
This is unbearably glorious. So beautiful, so beautiful.... Those lucky beautiful people, omg.
It’s like this episode of spongebob where plankton brings his relatives😂
Ah yes the ancient old "left to right" carnaval dance all the dutchies know and under which I've been trampled more times than I'd like to admit
I actually can’t decide if you are trolling and being sarcastic or serious xd 😂😂
@@awareness0492 Dead serious:( it truly is fun to do, but when you're in a crowd of that size, it can get ugly... people get trampled
Απίστευτο... Big respect from Greece!
Fun fact one time a concert like this one actually caused a small earthquake. Nothing major but the combined force of the music and the people having a grand old time was enough to cause tremors.
I'm just praying for the day we can go back and go absolutely insane. 2022....I'm coming for you

I love how you can see the people moving faster at the front. So many in the crowd you can literally see what the speed of sound looks like
I don't think this is how it works lol
@@seeling_liebe the speakers are out the front. IDK i'm not a sciency guy but I just assumed thats what was going on
@@seeling_liebe That's exactly how it works. If it's 100m front to back, the sound will take about a third of a second, which is why the people at the back are moving after the people at the front

The interesting part about this video is that you can see how the speed of sound works. Watch the front jumps versus the jumps in the back, the ones in the back are delayed!
No .. looking at the ones in front of you to follow lead.. that is the delay
Haha speed of sound because it's next of Walibi Holland

its barely perceptible but you can see the vertical movement of the crowd responding to the bass drum traveling towards the camera as a wave front since the speed of sound dictates that the people towards the back of the crowd hear the noise a few ms later and thus jump a few ms later. very cool.
