Liisi your session was such a gem for armbars unndestanding, especially understanding the mechanics of control from top and bottom plus limbs manipulation
great lecture, thank you . The armbar rocket blasted off at 25:30...Booya. Im going to play with tractioning the arm with those shoulder/head grips, much like you can do with an ankle lock. THanks for the great ideas to start to play with. You are lucky to roll with such a crew...the hard work of suffering clearly paid off. Hope to learn more from you soon!
So good. As I'm getting more experienced and rolling with higher level guys, the normal methods don't really work too well. Really nice to see some practical options and some of them line up really well with what I have come up with too. Wonderful class.
The mount escape I prefer most of the time not bridging but slide both hands under one side thigh of the top guy, then just lift the skirt and clear the head. That move helps me escape the mount and take the back. Could you please make some tutorials on that type of drill and counter of high mount?

This video was awesome, I've looked at armbars before and I am decent with them as a purple belt, but I have never seen such an informative coach.
So good.
