Good morning idol. Kawawa nmn ngyari kay maam Cathy... Sana maging ok na ang lahat at walang ngyari masama s kanya. At babalik sa normal. Bago lalarga o mag ride an may kunting meeting/prayer at ang importante i-chek lahat ng kagamitan n ddalhin, lalong lalo na ang bike kung kumpleto mga preno, gulong etc. Para iwas po aberya at mga aksidente at mag iingat na rin po palagi sa pagbi bike. Flat tire and rolled drop bar sounds like either she had a pinch flat or blow out tire and her handlebar wasn’t properly torqued or slipped and so she went over the bars breaking collar bone.
If the bar held firm and did not slide forward she could have maintained a straight line and slowed down. I think the bar slipped forward and she lost her grip on the brakes.

ingat po mga lodi sa franzia. doble tripleng ingat po. kapag di kabisado ang trail, tama po, lakad na lang. pag po mga may palusong, check tire and brakes. and minsan kelangan hindi uupuan at iiwan ang saddle para mas may pambalanse sa bike habang lumiliko. nakalulungkot kapag isang miyembro ng tropa ay naaksidente. from nuvali take care.
